WORLD NEWS: Suspect Jermaine Agee Charged With Double Homicide and Attempted Murder.

Alleged attacker Jermaine Agee (38) was already wanted on domestic violence charges and had a order of filed aganst him before the deadly stabbing attack that killed Mayra Garcia (38), son Jayden Taylor (13) and severely injuring surviving victim 16 year old Alexis Taylor (Daughter of Mayra Garcia) in their Antioch home.

Metro police said that ex boyfriend Jermaine Agee broke into the home of his ex girlfriend Mayra Garcia. Suspect Jermaine Agee told victims “ someone is going to die tonight “ before deadly stabbing. All three victims suffered multiple stab wounds, according to police documents. Alexis Taylor who was critically injured, ran up the street to a neighbor’s house and called 911. She was able to identify Agee as the suspect and also told police he took her mother’s cell phone. After the attack Agee stole Garcia’s car and fled the scene.
The victims car was found in a motel parking lot on Bell Road. Agee reportedly went into a Burger King covered in blood. Burger King employees called 911. Officers found Agee by trash dumpster and he was taken into custody without incident and treated for a hand wound.
According to court affidavit police learned of assault allegations on October 1st from staff at Henry Maxwell Elementary School who called to report Garcia and Agee arguing in the school’s office. Staff stated that Garcia had visible bruising on her face and hands but would not say how it happened. It was said that Agee was in the office giving Garcia nonverbal signals not to tell anyone what happened. Agee left before police arrived at the school. Garcia later on told police that she was assaulted by Agee the night before after he accused her of cheating on him.

In another interview with News 4 Nashville Alexis Taylor recalls the night of the brutal attack. Telling reporters that she had seen a scratch on her mother's face when she returned from a family members house two weeks prior and asking her mother where it came from. Alexis said that she knew that Agee did it but her mother would not tell her. Alexis also recalls another incident where she heard a scream from her mothers bedroom. Alexis stated she then got up and locked her bedroom door and then called her mother on her cell phone to see if she was ok but the phone hung up. Then she texted her mother and received a text back saying that she was ok. Her mother later on told her the next day that Jermaine was the one who had her phone and sent that text during the time he was beating her and made her lay on the bed to be quiet. In this tearful interview she also staes that she just wish that she had the chance to say goodbye.
Court records show that Jermaine Agee was forbidden by court order from leaving the state of Alabama. This arrest would be the second time since July that Agee was found in Nashville despite the court order. Agee is found to have a lengthy criminal record, including a attempted murder charge in 2010 that he later plead down to aggrivated assault, for which he was sent to prison for. After being released on probation Alabama's Bureau of Pardons and Parole shows in May that Agee was arrested for loitering and being in possession of drug paraphernnalia and this resulted in a probation violation. Unknown of what happened after that arrest Metro Nashville court records shows Agee was identified on July 26th as having a fugitive warrant out of Alabama.

August 3rd records shows that Alabama authorities went to Nashville to take Agee back. Alabama's Division of Pardons and Parole said that the judge in Alabama put Agee again on probation with the condition that he was not to leave the state...
Although Garcia obtained a court order of protection prior to her getting killed by her abuser Agee after reporting a incident of domestic violence and Metro police sworing out a domestic violence warrant there was no probation violation issued out of Alabama....
Jermaine Agee is currently held in custody in Nashville. Agee refused to be interviewed by detectives and was booked on charges of Murder and Attempted Murder.
