RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items purchased online, returns, and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at safehavencollections@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange with a photo of the item showing any damages or errors. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping our products. All shipping information will be included with your return authorization.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all  US orders only. 

All items are shipped out within 3 business days. The time frame for orders received by all customers is between 5-7 business days.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Order will only ship on business days, which are Monday- Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If orders are delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise of a revised estimated date for delivery.
